Studio and office lighting: the light that supports concentration

In a studio or office, light is not a decorative element: it is a working tool. An adjustable desk lamp with white, dimmable light reduces eye strain during long sessions and allows you to adapt intensity to the task at hand. The ideal colour temperature for concentration is between 3000 and 4000 K, more neutral than relaxation spaces, but not so cold as to feel clinical. Equally important is avoiding reflections on the computer screen: the light source should never be positioned directly in front of or behind the monitor.
