Neri & Hu's activity is founded on constant research and the desire to work on the interaction between experience, detail, materials, shapes and lights. In a synthesis of tradition and innovation, the Yanzi lamp is a light composition of graphic signs: a balance of structures similar to branches and perches resting on several stylized figures that resemble swallows. These figures are made of brushed brass, with a white glass sphere instead of the head that encloses the light. Yanzi is an open system perfect for building light, yet sophisticated compositions.
