OLuce was founded in 1945 and carries with it the memory of post-war Italian design, when the lamp was one of the objects most explored by the great masters of the discipline. The Atollo, designed by Vico Magistretti in 1977, is perhaps the most iconic table lamp in Italian design history: a cylinder, a hemisphere and a cone that combine into a form of pure geometry, available in lacquered metal in a range of colours that never ages. The Sonora, the polycarbonate pendant designed by Vico Magistretti, is another classic that continues to be produced with the same care as the originals.
